Doesn't deserve even 1 star. Went thru drive thru for a couple milkshakes, by the time we got to the window, the milkshakes were... melted. We later went back a couple weeks later, which was lastnight, we went thru drive thru & by the time we got to window,our hot fudge sundaes were melted. I have no idea why they make an ice cream sundae or a milkshake, knowing it's gonna sitwaiting on customer that has 5 cars ahead of it. I will not go back to this one. You make ice cream sundaes & milkshakes whenthey get to window, not before. Nobody likes melted ice cream like that. They need to train their workers better than that. Igot time, I'm in no hurry. The customer service was poor. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich but what I received was tenders on a bun instead. I didn't... get what I paid for but this seems to be the norm for fast food restaurants. Do better!!! Read more
This place has good food. My one and only complaint. Everyone SUCKS at making a dipped cone. Like.... no curl at the top, no... hourglass shape it looks like a thick log of icecream on top of a cone making the shell melt quicker and break in odd ways. Agood bit of the time I have to ask for a double dip up to the cone just to make sure it doesn't drop too much as soon as I getit. "it should end up dripping if done right but only a bit later not instantly" There have been times where I just have to sendit back because of how crazy bad they look. Read more
Order wasn't right was even asked to pull up from the drive thru then no napkins and my ice come come was supposed to have the... chocolate dip so I mentioned that to the person handing it to me. She rolled her eyes came back and it was just a chocolate messsmh I took it only because I had waited so long already for our stuff. First time to this DQ really first time to any DQ. Praise the LORD! We had a wonderful time. Although we were there at a busy time, (inside and out) Arial waited until we decided... what we wanted with a smile. We received our fresh order and sat down and ate. Every worker went above and beyond.The four of usenjoyed our meals in a very pleasant atmosphere. Read more
