The food was good with fresh fries. Service was less than expected. Ordered at the kiosk and took a number, but food was packed... in a bag and left on the counter. They called out an order number that we did not have since we had a table tent number. Waitedat the counter for a time to ask for utensils that I needed. Not as attentive to customers as I'm used to at other McDonald's. Read more
Ordered online and that wasn't working so had to go inside and order. She got my order wrong to begin with insisting I wanted... two of the same sharable combos. Didn't want to argue I get home over half of my food is missing and of course no one answersthe phone to get this fixed. Read more
Card machine: not working. Fresh burger patties: greasy and cold. Fries: cold and chewey. WORST lunch experience of 2022. High... volume hours, food should have been hot and fresh. I was barely able to choke it down, thoroughly unappetizing! Read more
this is honestly the worst mcdonald?s i?ve ever been to. ive gone here over 10 times and have never had a good experience. on... saturday i waited 30 minutes inside for someone to even take my order. also, if you?re gonna charge extra for sauce you could atleast remember to put it in the bag. The food here is good, but their hours of operation needs to be updated. On the door, yes the inside opens at 6AM, but the... drive thru is supposed to be 24 hours. The pandemic is pretty much over, and naturally hours of operation have changed for manybusinesses, but they should be updated on store fronts when people walk up and see the sign. Read more
This will be my last time eating from this McDonald's. Order takers were very rude over intercom. At the food pick up window.... Cashiers were arguing with cooks about job performance. They were using profanity and talking very loud, acting sounprofessional in front of guest. Burger's and spicy chicken sandwiches were cold and unpleasant to eat. Read more
1 star is generous. We ordered 2 meals thru the app and it took literally an hr and a half to get our food. They brought my... second order and stuff was still missing. The ENTIRE STAFF with manager included were dancing, horse playing, CURSING in frontof customers and just out of control. This is beyond sad, and I see why they act like that.
