Pizza was amazing! Service is some of the best you can get at a restaurant these days and it was extremely clean. All pluses in... my book! I took my boyfriend who had never been to Mellow Mushroom and he loved it too. Would recommend to anyone. Also, kidfriendly and vegetarian options. Win, win, win! Read more
Good creative pizza. Creative is hard to find in Statesboro. I got the Shiitake. Chewy crust but with flavor. Great flavor on... the Cloud 9 Parmesan garlic wings. They?re baked, tender, but a dip in a fryer would add some much needed crispiness. Goodservice. The restaurant is designed for night life, cool decor, but it was empty. Only one other table occupied. It's good but it's also kind of disappointing at the same time. We went the other night to pick up an order and service was... great, pretzels were delicious, brownie was great, pizza was decent. We went again tonight to pick up an order and service wasdisappointing. Called for curbside, no one answered, tried calling again and got the busy signal several times. Ended up havingto go inside to get it which defeats the purpose of requesting curbside pick up. The pizza was really good this time. Thepretzels were wonky and overcooked. Disappointing. I like soft pretzels, I didn't want cronchy and slightly burnt. I know it'sSaturday night but it wasn't busy, I saw staff standing around. I'm trying to give benefit of the doubt, mistakes happen, but Iwas definitely disappointed. I feel like any future visits to Mellow Mushroom will be hit or miss. Am I feeling lucky? Read more
Service was great. Mushroom soup, spinach salad and pizza was so good. The spinach salad dressing and pecans were soooo good.... The shitake pilzza was my favorite! Read more
I went for take out right after the lunch rush. I went to the bar placed my to go order. Then I had a few beverages paid my bill... and took home a large pizza that was excellent. I was there twenty minutes max. And there was no crowd and no wait. Theirbartender is some kind of wonderful. Read more
We had a great time at the Marvel vs DC trivia night. We came in 2nd place and the atmosphere was just super fun We had an... awesome waitress who was such fun to be around. I had the steak and cheese sandwich and it was fantastic. Mellow has reallystepped their game up on subs. Read more

Great restaurant! I really enjoyed the overall experience. The food was very good. Fresh ingredients for the pizzas, crust is... crunchy and flavorful and they are good sized for the price. The also have a full bar with sports on the televisions. Menu isextensive, something for everyone. Staff was friendly and attentive. I will definitely be returning. Read more
