My family and I had lunch at Ruby Tuesday Sunday. It was really busy but we were sat right away the host was very friendly. Our... sever Joseph was awesome we never had empty drinks. The hickory salmon was so good and the salad bar was as well stocked anddelicious. Overall great team work from the host to the management! Will be returning for sure! Read more
I've been to this ruby tuesday multiple times and each time I've always had a great experience! Every server and bartender here... has guaranteed that I have a positive experience on each visit. We always get the blackened shrimp and sausage pasta and it?s normally delicious?this time was not the case..they did not use... the right sauce in the pasta and you could taste the difference and I literally could count like 4 big sausage and normally theyare a nice decent size and plentiful. We decided to go easy for Thanksgiving this year and eat out so we came in. Our waitress was nice as could be however, we were... instantly freezing. We had to request silverware and when our food came out, we were less than happy. My husband's tacos lookedless than desirable, my son wouldn't take more than a bite out of his burger (it almost made him sick right there) and mychicken fingers were quite gross. None of us finished our meals, our waitress never even asked if everything was alright. Wejust requested the bill and left. Within an hour of leaving, all 3 of us were sick. The only thing we could think was that itwas the burger, it tasted off and all 3 of us tried it .. especially after an 8 year old said it tasted "weird." Unfortunately,I can say we won't ever be back. $50+ down the drain and everyone sick for the remainder of the evening. It definitely wasn't agood time. Read more
