The staff was at least sorta friendly. We ordered on the app. Our drinks were delivered in less then 10 mins which for sonic can... be a record. As we started to drive away my husband was given the wrong drink. So we park again and push the red button. Noanswer for 5 mins! As all the employees had walked out the building to see why two fire trucks had walked driven by? Finally Igot out of the car stood at the entrance until someone came out told he had ordered a unsweet ice tea and was given a blueberry something. They took it in brought our a ice tea ended up being a sweet ice tea. I get it we?re in the south sweet tea iscommon but having to go back to door for third time is annoying and then not be noticed for a couple mins while the employee issitting there with their back to door on their phone. We waited 35 minutes for one grilled cheese combo, a blast and one jumbo popcorn chicken. When they finally arrived, the fries... were a small instead of the medium ordered and they neglected to tell us they were out of popcorn chicken for the entire time wewaited. To be fair it was a mobile order but there was not many people there. When approached about the fries, they claimed tobe out of medium containers but were not able to instead provide a second small. The manager was not any more helpful whenquestioned about it. Read more
