Went there last night and was quite unhappy with my order. I don?t know if it is because they had a full parking with just... people hanging around or the night staff was tired and ready to go. Anyway the number 3 comes with just mayo, every time I askfor ketchup they say it comes with it but when I don?t ask for ketchup it comes with just plain mayo smh. I order a large onionring but when I got home it wasn?t in the bag. Last week I ordered a large onion ring and got three rings in a large back, trycalling but got no answer. I like sonic but hate Statesboro location but all of the restaurants in Statesboro are short changingthe customers at night. Read more
Very rude staff, especially the night crew. This is all the time. I say this because this is an observation from multiple... visits. Staff is never friendly and hardly speak, but when they do you kinda wish they would have been quiet in the first place.The other Sonic in town is a lot better and has friendlier service, but sadly isn?t open as late. My order was correct; Tots were still hot when I got home (8 minute drive). Staff acted happy to be there and were attentive.... Food was prepared well and tasted great. My only complaint is that they forgot the cherry in my cherry-flavored fountain drink. Read more

Came here this evening to get some food for me and my wife. She loves the pretzel twists with extra salt, and this is what we... were given. These are literally almost burnt, with no salt, or the butter that usually they come brushed with. My wife was verydisappointed and dissatisfied to the point where we just threw them away. NEGATIVE STARS first off. whoever took my order was extremely rude. i come here once a week and have never had this bad of... service. i always order buffalo sauce on the side for my nuggets for 50 cents. well for starters this lady literally kepttelling me no they do not have buffalo sauce. just wing sauce? like yes i know that. hints the reason i order it on the side.but then to top it all off. i get my food and it looks like this. nuggets are hard as a brick. and what onion rings. this isjust pancake batter. i also was not done ordering before she just hung up on me after the sauce situation. so when my food cameout and i noticed my sauce was not in there i pushed the button again. and was told it would be 1.50 for a side of sauce. (NEVERhas it been that much) also was not allowed to use my card to pay for it. it ?had to be cash? i am sure it was pocketed for the?inconvenience?. but when i handed them a 20 for my 1.50 sauce i was only given back 18.24 so they also do not know how to givechange back apparently. did not receive a receipt either. literally threw all our food in the trash it was so bad and went toKFC. I made a mistake and apologized for not saying kids meal after he burger. Her attitude immediately changed to rude. I?m used to... almost every place handing me drinks then grabbing payment I also pulled up a bit after my food and she called me back for them.Of course calling me weird. You don?t know what others are going and I?ll speak on it. Just bc I?m a bit twisted today with aone year coming up of the anniversary of my traumatic stillbirth wasn?t me being careless on purpose.
