Placed my order and 5 people behind me got there food while mine sat on the counter behind the cashier for over 20 minutes, did... not have any sauce in any of the 3 items I ordered. My food was cold, and let?s be honest, not too appealing to the eye for howmuch I paid for this. I?ve been eating here my entire life and lately it seems that this establishment has went down hill. Iwill not be returning to this location ever due to this being one of many bad dealings I?ve had. I asked for double fries and asyou see I didn?t even get a single order, the nibbles look like someone threw them in the box, chicken fingers torn to pieces.This is just unacceptable and is not right. Gave me the wrong order. Called and told me to keep what I received and to come back the next day to get the correct order. Go... to get it and was denied the full order. Travis Roberts is the manager and denied the full order. I do not recommend going tothis location. Read more

Ordered online and food was not ready. Over 15 people standing in lobby waiting on food for over 45 minutes while the drive thru... was only be served. Finally got refund after employee said "No one wants to prepare the food. We are waiting on fries." Themanager was not helping and finally once customers starting complaining and asking for refunds did he get on the line and helpstart pushing out meals. Read more

Just tried to go through. Whoever was at the window was extremely rude. Said my food was ? going to take forever? and had an... attitude. I understand yall were busy, but I waited 20 minutes in line to kinda be accused of cutting in line. The lady that wasoutside taking orders went in before taking mine, which wasn?t my fault, I just got skipped when she came back out, and I didn?trealize it. I order an one extra ranch and one extra tax sauce every time I order my meal. The last 5 times I've visited this location, they... take the sauces that come in the meal out of the box and place them in the bag to make it look like I'm getting extra. However,when I get home, it turns out I'm only getting the sauces that are included in the meal price, and being charged for extrasauces that I'm not receiving.
