I eat here basically everyday, it's clean, and the food is good and hot, wonderful people here!
We stopped in this evening at the drive thru, didn't know they closed at 6(Turnersburg Road), it was 5:57, she took our order... quickly and there were 3 cars in front, we had to wait, which was to be expected...the lady who took our order was also havingto run orders out to people that they had to pull over to wait. When we got to the window, she was just so polite and apologizedfor the wait, even though clearly she was really having to run around....Arby's you have a gem of an employee!! Read more
The staff was very kind and helpful. Our food was delicious and prepared quickly.
Super excellent service the employees and manager were all nice and friendly and people seemed to know each other, making it... seem super small town restaurant versus fast food. Definitely the best Arby's I've ever been to. Read more
Food was good but employees very unprofessional. Everytime I have to pull forward and wait for them to bring out food. That... takes away the purpose of going through drive thru. And every other time I get told shake machine is down. Read more

Before today you wouldnt catch me pulling up at this Arby's location. The service and food was horrible. My friend wanted... Arby's, so I gave in and we went to arby's. This place has completely changed for the better. The lady taking my order was verysweet and very thorough, she read my entire order back and She was also very pleasant at the window. My food was amazing andfreshly made, not a single item missing, I had napkins and all condiments I asked for. Very very impressed. You have gained acustomer back! Thanks y'all I'll be back soon! Usually love this place but don?t recommend going there near closing time because they?ll leave you sitting at the speaker until... after closing time then tell you that they?re closed. And I?m not talking like a minute or 2. I?m talking like 5-7 minutes. Thenas soon as closing time hits someone comes on the speaker and tells you ?we?re closed.? Read more
