Stop to get food and of course the drive thru was wrapped around the building. So I parked and went inside,after I ordered my... food I asked for a bigger bag to put all my food in and asked for a drink tray for my drinks. The bigger bag and the drink traypretty much got thrown at me because everyone behind the counter was to busy talking and joking around about what they weregetting into after work. The worst service I've ever had at any fast food restaurant!! I drive a truck for a living and I canget better service at a truck stop. Food was good but customer service needs ALOT of work!!! Absolutely disappointed 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE!!!!!! I ordered a 4 piece supreme meal and I literally got 4 supremes the size of... McDonalds nuggets!!!! And on top of the the fries were half way filled up like someone ate half of my entire meal!!!!!! I gave 5star 2 yrs ago but I have never been that dissatisfied with bojangles unless they learn how to communicate for one and give youwanted or actually what I ordered I will not be back and will definitely not recommend this bojangles to anyone from now on!Horrible. Oh and a burnt biscuit to go with it! Also after trying to eat it, I realized it was so over cooked or reheatedmultiple times that the chicken was extremely hard like the biscuit, i would have rather ate my seat belt, and also it was coldas well and was giving the wrong sauce along wi the the rest of my food I ordered cajun biscuit and and a side of gravy. To topit off I donated money for the metal of honor so you would think they would take better care of all the supporters for ourmilitary!!@ Read more
Bojangles is the best place to get fried chicken! Wish there was one in every city in America! We got the family meal and I love... that it came in a sturdy box (see picture). The food was amazing, the sweet tea not overly sweet and the staff were friendly. Love this place! Read more
Bojangles here provide an excellent food and excellent service. The chicken is wonderful, and with other Bojangles, very... delicious, juicy, and great. The breading is excellent, the juiciness of the chicken is just perfect. Compared to mostBojangles, this place have better chicken. Perfect ambience for food, you can dine in comfortably. We go eat here pretty regularly for breakfast on Saturdays. The food is good 99%of the time and service is friendly. The main... problem is it's hit or miss if the dining area is open or not, but that's due to staffing shortages like almost everywhere. TheDt Dew is broken on the drink machine as well, but they'll give you some if you ask. Read more
