First time we arrived at 8:00pm and the place was empty. The manager told us the dining room was closed even though the door and... online said they stayed open until 10. She allowed us to sit down and eat anyways but we were uncomfortable as we felt as thoughwe were holding them up. The whole line was broke down and the food was meh. I thought?.. well every restaurant has an off dayso we went back to grab my son an early dinner late lunch and went through the drive through. The lady asked if I can camethrough the line earlier and order the same thing and drive off. I was like??Oh no I didn?t. And she said that?s weird like Iwas lying. When I got to the window she didn?t say hey?. Didn?t make and didn?t make any eye contact. She took my card, swipedit and handed it back. Still not one word out of her mouth. Then she handed me his drink (Cheerwine) which was leaking down thewhole entire side of the cup. She seen it?. Looked right at me and handed it over. I asked for napkins and she looked soinconvenienced. Handed me his box, napkins and closed the window. She never said a word the entire time. Food was hot, cashier was amazing. Though many will not pay it any attention, all nozzles were off of the drink machines and tea... dispensers. They were being cleaned and prepared to be put back on. Being in the medical field thus was very refreshing. So muchbacteria lives on these. Read more
I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a great place to eat with amazing service with courteous and... friendly atmosphere. The staff really seem to care for the customers and keep the smiles coming. 5 star service hands down . Read more
Let me start this off by saying that I understand this is a fast food restaurant, but the staff themselves deserve a review. The... staff that was working when we visited were fantastic. They were very willing to serve even though they had two customers backto back that were very rude. The staff were friendly, kind, and very helpful even with the irate customers. Delicious as always, this bojangles has the best staff I've met yet, and I've been to quite a few between N and S Carolina.
One of my girls loves loves loves Bojangles!! I always get her Bojangles when we travel South. The lady at the drive thru were... nice, and one was so kind to double check to make sure it was dark meat in the box. My girls don't like white meat. We ate themeal when we checked into the hotel. My pup ate all the chicken meat (2 thighs and 1 drumstick) left me the skin, coleslaw,biscuit, and beans. ???????? I think it's the most she ate. Read more
Atrocious. Dining room closed. We waited in line 30 minutes. Sat at the drive up several minutes before we were even asked for... our order. And then sat several more there, as the line was not moving. No greeting, apologies or explanation to the extremeslow service. Was handed my Luke warm black coffee . (after I was asked if I needed cream and sugar). We had to flag someonedown at the window...who was very annoyed... to ask for Sugar and creamer...they handed us not what was requested also with nostirring stick or spoon provided. Our biscuit was very flat, not to Bojangles standards, the Bo Rounds were dripping withgrease. We were so disappointed. Do better my friends, do better. Read more
