First thing I wanna say is, I?m not the type of person to leave reviews anyway, much less bad ones, but I was really surprised... with the way today went. I went through the drive thru at a really good time, wasn?t busy at all. I get to order (5:25) and ayounger African American man ( the receipt said Cedric) was there. I had to repeat myself several times, and still had itemsmissing. I understand that it?s not optimal conditions to stand outside and take orders, and that sometimes it can be hard tohear people. But I was speaking clearly, facing him, and it came off that he just wasn?t actually listening. It?s become reallyfrustrating for me to go anywhere with apathetic staff, but I usually expect more from Chik-Fil-A. On top of that, I don?tunderstand why whomever packed the order decided to throw salt packets everywhere in the bag. Very unpleasant trying to digevery one of them out, just to have my mother bite into one trying to enjoy her food. Please do better. Read more
Always good food! They asked me whether I wanted my spicy chicken sandwhich with or without pickles which I haven't been asked... before which was great, because I don't like pickles. They were of course super polite, and kept me up to date on when the restof my order (my strawberry milkshake) would be out. Super comfortable even though there was a crowd of people, and super fast. Second time recently we have ordered the spicy grilled sandwich, asked for the cilantro lime sauce and haven't got it. Yes we... could check but normally it's towards the bottom of the bag. They also forgot our fries last time. Overall this is the worsechick fil a I have been too. Normally chick fil a is great at getting orders correct. Will definitely be sitting there andchecking the entire order before driving off from now on. Read more

The one fast food restaurant where there could be a line wrapped around the building and I'll still get in line because I know... that, regardless of how long the line is, I will be out of there in less than 10 minutes. Food is always fresh and the serviceis always quick. This location is now my designated lunch break spot due to the quality and service that they continuouslyprovide. I'll see y'all tomorrow!???????? I usually really enjoy eating here however the last like 7x I been here over the year, the fries have been pretty bad. Yesterday... we got salad, Mac and fries. I don't think I will be getting fries from now on. The Mac was still good and I always enjoy mysalad. As usual, the service was great. Read more
Fast food is fast food, so remember this is 5 on the fast food scale, not Michelin-starred. The service was speedy and mostly... correct, and the team members were quick to rectify the one missed item (I went with 16 people in my party, it was lunch on aSaturday, and there were at least 40 other people inside, plus a packed drive through, so I felt like the single error wastotally excusable.) The ladies' restroom was clean and stocked. The floor team was extremely helpful in providing refills andclearing trash without being asked, and, even more pleasant, not being pushy or overly attentive - I usually find overwhelminghelpfulness to be annoying. They also didn't make me feel like our group was a nuisance, which I honestly know we were, sincewe had a wheelchair, a special seating accommodation, babies, and kids. They truly were providing excellent customer service.The food was normal for a Chick-fil-a, nothing to write home about, but satisfying and tasty enough. It was a pleasure to experience the customer service that never changes from store to store. It all starts at the top, then... trickles down to the employees how they treat their customers.
