We ordered take out and picked up our order. Other than the outside commotion , it was a great experience. I don't know what... the delivery driver did to make a man so angry , that he jumped out of his car and began yelling obscenities at her. I had 2young children w me at the time , and this is Not ok . So , guy , if you're reading this , you were clearly an ADULT , and inthe future , I hope you will conduct yourself in that manner. The driver was female and definitely didn't deserve thistreatment . I was sincerely worried for her safety , and let the staff inside know. Every employee had her back , and it wasvery nice to witness a caring staff . The food was great as well ! Thanks Dominoes ! Horrible experience. For starters let me say this yes it was my kids fault they ain?t answer the door and I was at work but when... I called the driver number back she l was rude off the gate to where she even hung up the phone. I called to the store to havethe DM number. Food was already paid for and took out my account. Whoever answered the phone refused to give me any number tomake a report. Stated call corporate. I even asked for the driver name which she refused. Even though I have the driver numberin my phone. So I drove up there. Everybody trying to play it off. I haven?t had Dominoes in a while and this is the reason why.They are very rude and unprofessional. Worst experience ever let me start with the evening manager Giselle wow is all I have to say. I have been ordering my very... specific order for 2 years now with no issues and Giselle which is a new manager tells me she can't make it because she can'tring me up for the item I wanted in my cheesy bread which was only peperoni. This is a lie because I have been getting the sameorder for 2 years and on top of that she had the worst attitude telling me she's not going to make me anything if I continue tohave an attitude but I didn't even get loud with her till after she said that comment to me and she even hung up on me. Icouldn't believe this was a manager acting like this well I am so glad it was me because I am the right customer to get thingsdone and I promise I will go to extreme lengths to report and hopefully get her fired. I have worked in customer service forover 20 years and never had I ever treated a customer like Giselle did and I am not a manager. I promise I am going to reportthis person as high up as I can. I called to speak to the manager about the chicken pasta Alfredo I bought in order to get the free pizza today. The pasta had a... small amount and not even a full. I think for the high price it should have been to the rim of the bowl at least ? I was nothappy with the manager's response. He told me that's the right amount? Compared to other pizzeria franchises, Domino's is better, by alot. At least the location on East Broad Street in Statesville... is, compared to the others in that area, like Little Caesars just down the road. I've only had to wait one time to pick up myorders from that Domino's. And I've ordered there a bunch of times. And that one time there was one person working because therest of the shift called out sick. He still got me my order faster than Little Caesars has, when they had a full crew. Read more
