I walked in and ordered 1 large pep pizza and 3 crazy breads. The man who walked out to take my order had his earbuds in and was... checking his phone. He said to me "What do you want"...He went in the back and... without putting on gloves...i ask him for 3garlic butter instead of Marinara for the crazy bread..he charged me 99 cents for each and didnt tell me. ...when his co workerhanded me everything he smiled and said my name...very nice....someone named Elizabeth was signed into the cash register as itshows she took my order...never saw her...My pizza was burnt around the crust and not done in the middle...organizaton skillsand customer service skills are lacking except for the one gentleman who handed me my pizza...We had just driven 7 hours. Corporate needs to fix this location. I called 3 times within 20 minutes and decided to come in. Over 30 minutes for two pizzas.... They have over 10 people waiting in the lobby with 3 workers. The phone is ringing off the hook and no one is answering thephone. Lady and gentleman in the back do not have gloves and they keep going towards the front touching everything. Lady pulledpizza out of the oven and pulled peppers off the pizza with her fingers. She then cut the pizza, put it in the portal, thencontinued on working on other orders. Read more
Worst customer service I?ve ever had. Stood in line for 15min while they counted the drawer. It does not take 15min to count a... drawer. Employees did not greet anyone to tell them about the wait. Several people walked out. I wish I could leave 0 stars. Read more
This was the 2nd time in 2 weeks they were OUT OF PIZZA. Why is it called, "Hot & Ready" when you've gotta wait 20 minutes for... them to cook your pizza? Also, they charged me for some dips before telling me they didn't have them and then didn't give methe red sauce that comes with the Crazy Bread. Let me set the scene - I walked in and could tell they were out of everythingbecause the cases up front were empty. I decided to order what they had available, which was Crazy Bread and Italian CheezyBread. I paid for the breads and sauces then when I got home, what I was charged as ICB was an OLD, CRUSTY personal peperonipizza. Note to self: ALWAYS INSPECT BEFORE PAYING! I learned my lesson. This store needs to be fixed up by the owners!!! The staff work in hot-as-he*l conditions and mostly appear to hide in the back to avoid the dozen frustrated customers in thefront. The people and food was amazing. Corporate however should be ashamed of theirself. It was hotter in that store than outside and... we are in the middle of a heatwave. Guys in there sweating .I asked about air cashier said it has been out a month. If you can'ttake care of the people who take care of your business I won't be eating their again.shame on you big wigs for making thempeople endure that! Read more

Every time I use their app, they completely mess my entire order up. Toppings ordered on only half the the pizza, covers the... whole thing. App says my order is ready, arrive at the store to find it's false. I have given them the benefit of the doubtseveral times, because they were slammed.
