Staff is friendly! The food was good, except I paid extra to get Apple's for my son & they weren't in the bag. Not sure if they... ran out, but I had already paid on the app. Oh well I guess ???? They also put pickles on the chicken sandwich, though when Iordered it the app said it has no pickles. So I didn't have the option to remove them. Even though they are in the picture ofthe sandwich ad. Can be frustrating, but I don't like to make a big deal over little mess ups, especially when they are so busy& the app orders can probably be frustrating for employees as well. I just use the app because you can almost always get abetter deal or a freebie w/ purchase. Read more

I ordered a quarter pounder with two patties,and two sides of bacon on the sandwich. I did not get no bacon at all on my... sandwich, and I ordered another big Mac with no pickles and extra stuff. I had nothing extra on it and they left pickles on it.Everytime I go there they mess something up, and I hope my food will not get messed up next time, but I was wrong once again. Read more

Cashier had an attitude. No greeting just placed her hand out for my payment. I asked her how her day was and received my card... back, with no response. I understand customer service is hard most days, but a simple hello how are you goes a long way. Read more

They left my sandwich out of the order, but the other items (parfait, big breakfast, & fries) were all in the bag. When I called... to let the manager know, it sounded like she set the phone down and just walked away. I could hear all the sounds of the storebut nobody was on the line. Placed an order on the app before 10pm. Listed my pickup as curbside spot #3. Waited for 20 minutes with no food, so I called... into the store. I was politely asked to use the drive through due to only 2 employees on staff. I said absolutely and pulledinto the line. I guess the staff doesn't realize they have glass surrounding the restaurant because I see while waiting morethan 2 employees inside. But I've worked in the food industry before and know the woes of being short staffed so I waited to getaround to the window. They tried to give me the wrong order at the window, 40+ minutes after I ordered, and I said no. I had anorder on the app, I had waited curbside and called and they asked me to come through the drive through. They young girl in thedrive through said my name, I said yes, and she gave me my bag. I drove off and went home. Got home and the order was all wrong.Called the store to let them know. Was told again there was only 2 employees on staff. At this point I was done being lied toand said to the girl on the phone there was more than 2 on staff that I saw this as I waited through the glass. Was given to themanager and she gave the same story to which I replied no there was more than 2 on staff. I hope this reaches someone that cancoach and teach the staff that people will be understanding and wait as I did for extended periods of time without complaining.But when you are blatantly lied to it is unacceptable. Every time my fiancé and I go to this McDonald?s they take forever and when they bring your food to you something?s either... missing or wrong. Also the management and employees have nasty attitudes. They aren?t nice at all. My fiancé had to tell one ofthe workers 3-4 times that something was wrong. Something needs to change. Read more
