Ordered a big Mac meal got home open the Box and to my surprise I had a disgusting sandwich literally looks like half the bottle... of sauce was dumped on this sandwich the bread fell apart literally as I picked up the sandwich whoever made this knew whenmaking it this was wrong! Read more
I asked for unsalted fries. They refried them and they gave me enough bricks to lay the foundation for my dentures to replace my... broken teeth. Great and friendly service but I wanted hot, nongreasy fries not hard overcooked FRENCH FRIES. Read more
My review is for the service only. McDonald's needs to send maintenance to fix the woman's bathroom stalls. Only 1 of 3 lock.... That is a ridiculous safety issue for your female staff and customers. Let alone just a comfort level. No one wants to bewalked in while using the bathroom. Get it fixed. Do better Read more
I have to say, since Mike Neader retired from McDonald's, this one in particular has quickly went downhill and hit rock bottom.... Service is abysmal at best now, and the food quality is a step below that. My boyfriend and I went thru the drive-thru andordered 2 gravy biscuits, added scrambled eggs to both, and 1 side of bacon. We were told to go to the infamous "second window",where we waited unacknowledged for 10 minutes (no joke, 10 minutes!). Our food was finally brought out and shoved at us, with noapology for the wait. Everything in the bag was correct, but the only thing that was missing was good, quality food. Not surewhat the wait was all about, because it was plain as day that absolutely none of our food was fresh. In fact, it was blatantlyobvious that all of our food had been sitting out for quite some time. Not to mention that since Neader left, the portion ofgravy on the biscuits has been extremely minimized. If these things only happened once every 10, 20 times, or so, I would not bewriting this right now. But EVERY SINGLE TIME we have eaten at this McDonald's, this has been the case. I have tried going inmultiple times to politely address the aforementioned issues, but I am always met with hateful looks and rude attitudes. Quitefrankly, I don't see how this place still has any customers! We most certainly will not be eating here anymore, unless theseissues miraculously get resolved, which I don't see happening anytime in the near future. This McDonald's seems to care ONLYabout their net profit margin and cares NONE about good quality food and service. Read more
i ordered and payed for a big mac, large fry, 10 peice nugget, carmel frappe and 2 drinks. all they gave us was the drinks and... after i told them they took 18 minutes to get us the food, a six piece and a 10 piece nugget and no fry?s. the employees arerude!! and they get nothing right and are So slow!!! i won?t be coming back. This was my first time going through the drive through on my way to training for my job. The woman who handled my drive thru... order was rude. I ordered a frappe and she told me the machine had been down for 2 months and was rude about. It's my firsttime there, how am i suppose to know? Then I was asked to repeat my order 3 times. By the time I got to the drive thru window Iwas frustrated. She waited and didn't sent my order back from the second window to the first. Just because you are having a badday doesn't mean you need to take it out on other people. I was trying to be the least bit considerate but having to REPEATmyself 3 times? Read more
