Steak came out blue on the inside. Fridge cold. Outside was a little black. They took it back and I guess they wanted to burn it... more. Got it back and it was like raw leather. The manager was kind of rude when we spoke to her about it. She said you don'thave to get rude with me.... We where not at all...... I even said I'd still pay for the meal (My wife did say there is no wayI'm paying for this). This is the second time we have given an outback a chance. We will not make the mistake again. Read more

Jessica was an amazing waitress. Crazy busy but she kept a beautiful smile, pleasant attitude,and wonderful sense of humor.

Came in at approximately 1600 and waited for a hostess to arrive to take our name?and waited. After giving our name we were told... to wait. A party of 4 came in after us (we were a party of 2), and ended up being seated before us. Got to our table and perusedthe menu. After knowing what we wanted, we waited?and waited for our waitress to arrive. There were perhaps 4 to 5 other tablesthat were seated among us in half the restaurant. It was definitely not busy. She proceeded to take our order. She was niceenough?-and she let us know that she only had 2 tables at the moment. This confused is as to why it took so long to get service.My salad arrived and I didn't realize that the dressing was buried in the middle of the salad. I always had the dressing on theside at previous restaurants except for Caesar salad. I waited for the waitress?and waited to ask about this. When she finallycame back, she then told me the dressing was in the middle of the salad. Partially my fault for not checking, but the time ittook to see our waitress again was unusual for such a low activity time and with only two tables to wait on. (Just for context,the salad and the main food was provided by someone other than the waitress) The food was ok. The Kookaburra wings had nokick?-we ordered them with medium heat. I got the shrimp on the Barbie, and was given a healthy portion of shrimp, with which Iwas pleasantly surprised. The food was ok?-too much saltiness on the wings and the shrimp. The sauce for the shrimp was not sogood. It was good on the rice?-just not for the shrimp. All in all,??Meh. Will try another place for our next diningexperience. Addendum: Forgot to mention that my fork and my GF's knife still had some crud on it from not being cleaned wellenough. Read more
Great food always done right. There may be a wait well worth it and your tummy will agree!!????? Home of juicy steaks is right... mate!!! The staff including the bussers are always friendly and helpful . Short staffed at times, maybe so please remember to bekind, respectful and patient to the workers that provide us this nice service so we can enjoy ourselves!!!!!???? Read more
