Got a pizza bowl....and it wasn't even a 1/2" thick, and a medium pizza....and it cost $33 dollars? Never again what a rip off

Ordered online at 7:50 pm and pizza was delivered at 10:02 pm why would it take 2 hours to deliver a pizza to house that's only... 3 miles away from the store. Manager on duty Morgan told driver to give pizza and they would refund money to our card.Apparently this manager doesn't know how to run this store. According to the driver she was told to deliver 10 miles away fromus first, even if she did have to go 20 miles round trip in the other direction it still should not have taken 2 hours to make amedium pizza and deliver. It's not for me. Pizza, however, is very subjective. Some root for one team or another, depending on their likes and dislikes.... Big chains are not Italian or from New York City. They aren't expected to be. I'm not team Papa John's, but I would definitelystill eat their pizza. They do, however, have delicious salads! Read more
Freaky Music, Crying Babies, No Pizza. That was the experience I got when I went to papa John's after ordering 2 pizzas. ... Apparently they gave my order away so now I have to wait on the food I already paid for while listening to the wierd music andcrying babies inside the establishment. I've always liked PJ's pizza until I had 1848 Pizza. Now that's gone so we are back for lack of fresh-ingredient pizza when I... don't have the time to make my own. It's surprising they up-charge for flavored crust [requires a few shakes of anherbal/garlic flavoring = ~$2.00!] or was it for the ~8 to 10 small chunks of unripe tomato on my large pizza (not cooked)? 1849 spoiled me with the slices of romas. Papa John's pizza is pretty good, but business practices and employees at this location is holding it back. After paying near... 40-dollars for my order, I was charged additional for packets of cheese and crushed pepper, really? Why Nickle and dime yourcustomers like that? Do this establishment think they're the only one who has suffered due to the pandemic? What's worse, I hadto tell the employee "FIVE" times to get a bag for my drink. He was so busy trying to charge me for something that should beincluded with every pizza, he expected me to carry out two large pizzas, a side, and a whole 2-liter.
