This store is very dirty all over! I watched a young boy touch his hair and face then make tacos with same gloves. Manager ... plays and jokes with team while customers wait. No sense of urgency at all from leader to team. Really disappointed I waitedand food was wrong. I will not return!! Read more
Online it says the Lobby closes at 12am. I am driving a big van that cant fit in drive thru so I checked to be sure I could get... food. Showed up at 10:20 and started ordering on the tablet. Worker said the Lobby was closed and we couldn't order. To providean alternative they wouldn't let us walk the drive thru when I asked and then still didn't tell us we could do mobile pick up oranything just turned around and went back to work. We did mobile but only cause we realized ourselves as we left that they hadmobile pick up which is why the door was unlocked. Just subpar service. And then when I went inside to get the order they hadlocked the door. And then they wouldn't let me in where the mobile order pick up shelf is and said they never heard of my order.Then they admit they gave it out in the drove thru. I had to wait outside and I finally got my food at 10:55. And then my orderwas wrong wiyh missing sauce and they didn't close the tuff sauce all the way and it was all over the bag. The fries were coldand soggy. I don't reccomend truckers go here after dark cause they close the inside randomly. Read more
I am only leaving a five star review because of Misty the drive-through attendant. She was the sweetest lady, and while the... other group of workers were gossiping loudly, I might add she was staying on task and appeared to be the only one working. I?mnot sure if she?s a manager, or how much she makes but she deserves a promotion and a raise. Thank you Misty for your greatcustomer service. Read more
Taco Bell is a Taco Bell. Cheap food late at night. Not much to expect in that department. Service is off and on. Their $1 $2... etc menu is still the best deal in town for fast food. From 2-5 they have happier hour drinks. The slushies are pretty good andduring happier hour are only $1. Read more
Use to be one of my favorites quick bite to eat, came one night after calling to verify they where open during business hours.... The inventory truck was their and gotten 3 soft taco which is one of my favorite. Got very sick after eaten two taco and throwup the two tacos. Their where only one person working that night!. Went around 9pm, store was empty and there seemed to be no one working up front. The store was a mess, stuff on tables and on... the floor. Used the machines to order and pay ($18~), waited for about 5 minutes at the counter before someone even noticed usand asked if we wanted to order. Took another 15 to even receive the food only for them to forget one of the items. The chickenroll ups were hot but that was the only thing that was. We got 2 orders of the bean sides that were inedible, one taco supremewas covered in tomato water and sticky, and one of the enchiritos were made completely wrong. They were out of Mild sauce. Weended up eating in our car, and for the half hour we were eating, the manager was outside smoking for like half of it. Food not filled. Not giving money's worth, not clean, check people in when not there. Then takes an hour to get food. Employees... claim it's not their fault even though they are the one checking people in when their not there. Read more
