Worst Wendy?s I?ve ever been to. Terrible service and people running it constantly have terrible attitudes. Dining room is... always closed and wait times at the drive through are ridiculous. Staff was rude. Food was cold. And fries were obviously cooked in old oil. Plus things were left out of my order. And there was... no receipt given to me or in the bag so I could report this on Wendy's website. Horrible service every time I go there. Read more

Very rude and so much attitude from the drive thru menu till the end of the transaction. And then placed every sandwich in the... wrong bag and gave one wrong sandwich. Thankful this isn't the Wendy in my town and we were just passing through. Seemed to beonly one person without attitude in that place God bless her heart. Read more

We waited for an hour liking 5 minutes. Why so slow at night in drive thru?? One car at a time and we had to wait cause not much... was open.. Now when we finally got to the window they did help us with the app on my phone, and was nice. Read more

Love their food, but the horrible customer service you get every time makes me never want to eat here again! I understand... staffing is hard right now but we have to do better as managers at hiring individuals with decent customer service. Whoever isworking your drive through at 4:40pm need to get put in the back off the drive through, we pulled off without completing ourorder! Read more

The food was fine and our order was correct. However, the last three times I have gone to this location in Statesville, the... drive through takes your order at the speaker and has you pull up to the window. The person behind you in line has to wait. They literally take one drive through order at a time. They make the person at the speaker waits until the person at the windowis getting or has received their food before they take the next order. I'm sure this keeps their "wait" times down on thesystem, but in reality, it increases your wait time as a customer. The line appears to be sooo long waiting to order, butthere is no line between the speaker and the window. This has been my last three visits. The first and third time I ordered andwaited. The 2nd time I didn't have time to mess with it and after I realized what they were doing again, I just left. Read more

I put in an order through Door Dash and it was confirmed by the store at 8:00. I finally got an alert that they were running... behind and my order would be later than expected, which I understood. At least 3 dashers went by the store to pick up my order.The third dasher called to let me know there was a sign on the door that said they were closing at 8:30 due to being shortstaffed. I understand that places are short staffed, but they should not have confirmed the order if they were not going to fillit. I had to contact Door Dash to get the order cancelled because it kept sending Dasher to the location. Read more

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Absolutely awful service!!! The inside and outside lights were on and the menu was lit up.... It didn't appear to be closed. It was 9:37pm and time of closing was supposedly 11pm. There wasn't a sign saying they closedearly for any reason. There were about 8-7 cars lined up at the drive thru. We started to notice that the cars in front of uswould wait to order but eventually all would leave. When we got up to place our order, no one spoke to us. The speaking devicewas on, you could hear it. But no one bothered to respond to even say they were closed. As we pulled out, we saw people insideignoring all the cars. Absolutely awful! I remember when Wendy's was one of the best fast food places. Service all around atWendy's has taken a nose dive. Read more
