Drive thru customer so cant rate the atmosphere, but the food and customer service is always good. Ive never had any incident... where they left anything out, and my husband is hearing disabled, Many other places dont generally get reviews like this,because they lose their patience, and seem angry when we have to pull to the window like the disabled option says to pull to thewindow. If my husband had his way he would call the manager. Lol. But not at Wendys! They even put the combos in separate bagsto make checking orders easier. (Again, i NEVER have to check a wendys order! The restaurant was clean but stood at register for a long time while workers were looking at me and ignoring me being there.... Good was not great we spent $50 for the five of us and we wont be going back to waste that much money. Read more
Very clean Wendy's and the service was pleasant. Despite being busy, food was quick.
I would just like to say Thank you Wendy staff! I went to Wendy's Tuesday about 3:30 pm had not had lunch .I just wanted a... little sandwich,well I got a #1 combo The Young lady that takes your order was so sweet and kind .I didn't want fries And themanager let me get Beans that was so nice of them the hamburger was so good the meat was the size of the bread and everythinginside it was so very fresh I pulled over and enjoy that whole meal soooo good ???????? Went through the drive through. Cashier was focused on her job! She was very polite. Food was hot and correct.
Very terrible customer service. Do not pay attention to the details of order. You?ll find yourself rounding the line after... getting your incorrect order. Service is extremely slow and will give you cold food though you request it cooked to order. Theyare unapologetic for mistakes then have waiting in the hot son over 15 minutes to correct their mistakes and the order was stillwrong. I gave up. Very dissatisfied customer! Read more
Food was good, the Resturant was dirty, stood in line with about 10 other people fine, get to the register the cashier walks... away, waited 25 mins for someone to come back to take our order. My parents had done sat down and was done eating before we gotto order. Read more
It's normally a little slow but you can tell they at least try. The food is mostly acceptable.
