The worst customer service. When I arrived my curbside order was ready according to the app. I text the number to let them know... I was there. After 10 minutes nothing. I called the store and immediately placed on hold for 5 minutes. I called back and theperson that answered was extremely rude asking phone my phone number. Once they confirmed my order and the car I was in, theytold me they would be out shortly. I have watched at least 5 people walk-in and place orders and leave with their pizza. Got our order to us quickly , the wings and pizza were cooked just right .
Amazing wings, ???? ???? ???? ???? ????, was working a job site and called this in, was nice to know they can provide cups and... plates. Only reason I give a 5 is they have the best wings, in my honest opinion, need a dine in closer. Miss the old pizza hutlocations. Read more

Statham Pizza Hut ALWAYS has the freshest tasting pizza around !! We tried another to pick up a pizza on the way home twice &... found out real quick it didn't measure up to the quality of the Statham store, now we will not go to another Pizza Hut, only toStatham - they're friendly & always get our order right - we have to pick up as NO establishment delivers to us but we arewilling and thankful they are the closest Pizza Hut to us, because they will be the only Pizza Hut we frequent in the area. Delivery drivers are rude and completely unprofessional. I order from them almost weekly and tonight just totally took the cake.... The driver told me next time I should tip more next time because I called to add marinara sauce to my order for my five yearold. Definitely will never order from them again. Ordered from here last night, and it was horrible. I ordered stuff crust pepperoni w/ extra marinara sauce on pizza it came with... barely any sauce. I also ordered the garlic cheese bread sticks, and they gave me buffalo dipping sauce instead of marinarasauce. Horrible location and workers here, they don't follow instructions or look at what they are doing. Read more
Waited half an hour for 2 personal pan pizzas that were done in 15 minutes while I was in the restaurant & they didn't even tell... me that they were done. Finally they asked if I had been waited on. Yes, I said I'm waiting for the pizzas I ordered. Theirresponse...Oh, they've been in the warmer for 15 minutes. WOW. I couldn't believe they never said anything. I was in there thewhole time! To beat it all, one pizza was completely wrong & I had to wait another 15 min for it to be made over while the firstone got cold. Worst service I've ever encountered. Read more
