My daughter and I wanted just a good place to sit and chill. Also why not, eat a not so big of a meal, but a small tasteful... dish. That's when we decided for Applebee's in Staunton. Good location. Staff, food and drinks are consistent. Carpets are shot and need replaced or hard flooring but its always a good... place for fast easy food drinks and chill. Read more
We had a great experience at this location. We came in for a salad and endless wings and were not disappointed. The staff was... courteous and friendly and the food was great! I had a few portions before I was stuffed. I typically always enjoy myexperience with applebees, and am satisfied as I normally am with this one. Keep up the great work! Read more
Food was very good, restaurant appears to be understaffed. We had a party of three that waited 30 minutes to be seated, 10... minutes for server to attend to us, and then 30 minutes for our food to arrive after placing our order, during the evening hoursat 20 percent capacity. This is my happy place. Good food! Nice staff. Itlast order I got was dry penne pasta with chicken strips.. But I like the Four... cheese Mac with honey pepper chicken. I'll stick to what I know next time.. I have a few favs.Delish Read more
This experience was disappointing to say the least. We went there a week ago and here was my family's experience.... The Waiter... came up to us and told us that none of the dishes were clean and that we probably wouldn't get knives. We drank out of take-outcups the entire time, which although understandable was strange. The Waiter for our table was extremely unprofessional. Heflirted openly with the women at the table next to us. It got so bad that we waited 30 minutes for our check, but never got itbecause he was sitting at the other table talking with the women. Also, on the topic of the food, it was dry, cold, or inedible.We got the steak and when we asked for a knife. They gave us a plastic one (you can see it in the picture I attached). Overallit was an extremely disappointing experience. 10/10 would not recommend. Read more
