Terrible restaurant! Got to Arby's at 8pm. Sign posted said closing at 10. Saw the employees running to the inside entrance from... the pilot store, and pulled tables and chairs in front of the inside entrance from pilot and locked the outside entrance. When Iconfronted the employee about it she lied and said she didn't move the table/chairs, and said she didn't have time to serve us.There was also a car in the drive thru waiting on their order, so they didn't close until we tried to get in line. It's nowonder they never have any business. It is the worst customer service ive ever encountered. I'm from Greenville and feelMcDonald's will put them out of business very soon. Read more
Tried the new rib sandwich I'd seen advertised on TV recently. Sandwich was sloppily put together and not very hot. They forgot... to put my fries in the bag. Went back in to get them and got a container that tasted like it had been sitting for a bit. Alsoordered some of the salted caramel cookies. They were not prepared and served warm like the ones at my hometown Arby's. Verydisappointed in this visit. Read more
I have to say that Arby's has an exceptional breakfast. Far better quality then McDonald's by far. As far as the lunch menu I... don't really like the roast beef but I do enjoy their market fresh sandwiches. Read more
Well overall a nice place. People on the evening shift were very nice. Food was made exactly the way I asked. my only little... problem was the person that took my order had to fix my food!!! He was really nice AND HE DID PUT GLOVES ON LOL there were a fewjust standing around talking that I thought could have been doing the order but no big deal. It was very clean and thatimpressed me I recommend this store. Read more
I love the beef n cheddar sandwich. I paid with cash and the cashier had to go get a manager who had to go all the way to some... back room to bring change. Waited a long time for the change. The food was quick and good. Our society now is all about creditcards and electronic payments. Read more
we stopped to get some Arby?s for our long drive home. My son and I both got 2 for $6 meals. He got the chicken ranch and beef &... cheddar. After his second bite into the chicken ranch, he bit into something hard. We pulled over to see what it was. To oursurprise, it was a chicken bone. BONE in chicken breast. I?m thankful he didn?t break a tooth and the pain didn?t lastlong. This has always been our preferred fast food stop; however, I will never order chicken products from Arby?s again. Read more
