We went to Chilli's last night. It was our first time going to this restaurant in Staunton. Our order took about 30 minutes to... come out. We ordered the tripple dipper. This was such a great Chili's location. We got take out to eat it at our hotel. We were impressed by the quality of food and... the packaging. Ordering online was a breeze and pickup was easy. We ordered a variety of different foods and they tasted justlike in the restaurant. The fries had the perfect crispiness that you would expect. The meats had a good combination of spicesand the chicken was juicy. The salsa was very tangy and had just the right amount of kick. The mashed potatos were prettystandard but very enjoyable. Had to make a stop coming home and THIS IS THE PLACE. The wait staff were super friendly and accommodating. Our family of 6... were served at once, drinks constantly refilled and food was incredible - chef was on point 7/27 at 8:30PM. Definitely will beback when traveling through. Read more

Was a nice visit. Didn't wait long to be seated, or having our drink orders filled. Our waitress only checked on us a few... times, forgot my daughter's apple juice, forgot portions of meals, not once but two times when we finally did get the missingportion it was in a togo bag delivered with our togo boxes.
