On Sunday morning July 31st. The cleanliness of a restaurant can be determined by the cleanliness of the bathroom. The men?s... room was horrible. The urinal was out of order with a terrible odor. Got here during breakfast, placed order for family, and paid for the order. The front drive thru employees told me to wait in a... parking spot. Ten minutes later one of them comes out to my vehicle and asked me what I ordered so I gave them the receipt. Fiveminutes later an assistant manager type comes out and says sorry but we gave your meal to someone else and we already changedover to lunch. They refunded my money but didn?t even offer to serve us lunch. When you can?t get your food from McDonald?s andyou?re family is still hungry, you don?t even deserve a star. #buylocal Read more

I generally have fairly consistent service that is good at most McDonald's. Today was the exception. The manager who's reported... name is Deb was abrasive, rude, loud, and not helpful. She made several nasty comments when I placed my ordrer. I paid for myorder on the McDonald's app. I asked for lite ice. She refused to do this. She attempted to charge me again at a higher price .I had already paid for order using the app. Ronna? was pleasant and helpful. They told me that there have been numerouscomplaints about the manager already. Frustrated while trying to get a coffee. The phone line posted for dis satisfiedcustomers had a full mailbox and would not allow for a message at 0600. Don't give business to this location until this iscorrected. Read more

I would give a zero if I had that option,I placed my order at the drive- thru ,crispy chicken sandwich, fries, chicken nuggets.i... asked specifically at the window if the sauce was in the bag ( I usually check my whole order myself before I pull away) but theline behind me was rather long so I just took his word for it,needless to say their was no sauce in the bag but also no chickenon the chicken sandwich.....just lettuce,tomato,mayo and pickles.
