We decided on a Wednesday after work to have a meal at Red Lobster at the Staunton VA location. We were incredibly happy that we... did!!!! From the employee that ushered us to our table and asked if this was a celebration night to our WONDERFUL waiter,Preston. He treated us as if we were his only table. He made sure our food was perfect and was always nearby checking on us. Thefood was absolutely perfect...thank you to the cooks!!! It was a wonderful evening and the atmosphere was sooo relaxing. It's always hit or miss. I've had amazing celebrations here and mediocre ones as well. Most of their wait staff is sweet and... pleasant, always tip them well. Last time I went we found 2 hairs in my food. Waitress looked me in the eye as I held one up andsaid, "enjoy your food!" I just dealt with it because I was trying to enjoy the celebration. We waited twenty minutes before anyone even took our drink order, when our waiter did finally show up he informed us that he... himself has just been told that we had been sat at his table. July 4th 2022 Went for supper with my wife. This time it was not so good. Salads came with the dressing already on the salad.... Way too much dressing. I ordered the linguine Alfredo with shrimp. Not nearly enough Alfredo sauce and the linguine was verysticky and had a strange taste. The waiter said it looked dry and asked if I would like a little extra sauce and I said sure,maybe that would help. They had the nerve to charge me $2.79 for it!!! I sent it back with my full meal and didn't pay thebill. With the way things cost now days I want my food fixed correctly or back it goes! Not impressed at all on this visit. Read more
My family and I had a wonderful dinner here tonight! We called ahead and they had a table ready for us when we came in. Our... server was very attentive and kind. Customers are spaced out nicely. Food was great. Staff was attentative and friendly.

I took my wife there for her birthday. We use to frequently go to Red Lobster 5 to 6 times a year, now it's just a couple times... a year. Like everything else prices have increased 15 to 20 percent. Our waiter gave us amazing service, the best we've had inquite a while. Food preparation was good, hints the 4 stars. Read more
