Ordered pizza from Pizza Hut Stayner Ontario tonight November 14, 2022. Paid for tomatoes, they were missing. That?s fine, if i... were to call and the manager offer to refund what we paid for the missing topping. That is unfortunately not what transpired.Manager was incredibly rude, demanded we stop eating and return with the pizza, my kid was already devouring it as he washungry. He said ?well, stop and bring it back? (what?! Take the food from my kid and tell him he has to wait another 45 mins toeat?? What a joke.) He continued absolutely refusing to just refund the difference between what we paid for and what wereceived. I even offered to send him a photo as proof. Finally i got angry and told him i was contacting head office and he saidhe will refund our order online, i offered to bring my credit card and get it done in person, but he refused. 1. I doubt he?sissuing the refund 2. I will absolutely not give him my business at this location any more 3. What kind of human being demands istarve my child to satisfy his suspicions about whether i got my toppings or not? Read more
Ordered at 5:30pm, app said it was out for delivery and would be delivered by 6:05-6:15pm, called for over an hour with no... answer. Finally got through at 7:45pm, she said I could bring my receipt in next time to get a discount. Pizza finally arrivedat 7:55, I paid (reluctantly), and wasn?t given a receipt! Will never return. We've been trying to order 6 large pizza's since they opened at 11. Couldn't do it online, no delivery and no take out. We... tried calling for a half hour and nobody was answering the phone. Used the app and after everything was put in around 11:35 appsaid not open. "Life's a Slice" got our business for the $140 order! Read more
We needed a new place for pizza in Stayner, as our favourite pizza joint closed! This pizza is ok, not spectacular, but... certainly passable. I would return, but looking for a non-chain pizza joint for next time. Read more
Wasn't impressed with last pizzas. Prices went up and the ingredients went down. Pretty doughy as well. Try again soon and see... if that was a one time thing. Read more
As usual, the food at this location is undercooked and incorrectly made. They put the green pepper RAW on top of the pizza... (forgot to put it on?). The dough was gooey still from being severely undercooked. Don't just take my word for it. See picturesattached. I've complained in the past and Pizza Hut does nothing. Wish I could get a refund. Walk in peperoni pizza special was removed, it was the only good thing at pizza hut. Fast, and cheap. Now that it is gone why... would you spend $20+ for a pizza here instead of going to a real pizza place? If this is a corporate decision, so be it, if itis the local management they should re-think this. Read more
