The younger boy working the drive thru was unnecessarily rude to us and then forgot one of our Drinks and acted all bent outta... shape when we asked for it. One of our meals also had terribly old cold fries while the other meal had nice piping hot freshfries ????.... All in all, Not the best of McDonald's experiences unfortunately. Read more
Soda was watered down by the time I got it, I asked for no lettuce on my burger lettuce was put on it anyways and the box is... even labeled saying no lettuce. Undercooked the 2nd burger I got. Yes it was busy when I got there, but that is a littleridiculous. Read more
We ordered 2 of their new bacon cheese burgers. Yesterday we drove away without looking at our order. We ended up with 2... different sandwiches. It wasn't what we wanted but we didn't want to waste food so we ate them. Maybe we'll try again sometime. Read more
To start, I know that McDonald's is generally seen in a bad light, for being quick and cheap. Nonetheless, I'm actually quite... fond of the chain because, if we're quite honest, many of us only have (or only allow ourselves) the time for quick and cheap.And when it comes to the quick and cheap game, McDonald's is the top competitor. Of those who eat beef and chicken, who among ushas built the custom McDank and not loved it? However, this McDonald's has been, in my last year of experience, relativelylazy; being quite slow (especially in the evening) and serving food that tastes slightly off. A few times, I even got sick. Theworst offense I've experienced there was tonight, and I can't NOT post a review about it. In our order, we had 6 sandwiches.Again, I know that McDonald's food is relatively cheap, so I don't expect perfection. However, I at least like to hold mysandwiches without getting sauce all over my hands. Tonight, four of our sandwiches had ketchup (on the burgers) or mayonnaise(McChickens) on the wrappers. I'm not talking about a sloppily made sandwich because the interior of the sandwiches had the fullamount of sauce, yet there was a whole extra squirt of sauce on the tops of the buns. We didn't order extra sauce, nor did weorder just before closing (almost an hour before), so I can't think of any reason a worker would've been annoyed enough topurposely make a mess of our food. Stopped here to utilize the WiFi and restrooms as well as order some food. Sign on the door says masks are required so we went... back to our van to get our masks- but all the customers inside were massless- so it wasn?t enforced. Both the men?s& women?srestrooms were super dark - it felt like a nightclub. Difficult to see if the seats were clean. Read more
