been to the new Stayton store twice now. between the two visit ordered 6 tacos, i could not even make one taco out of the 6... with the little filling that is inside the tacos. i live a few blocks away and will drive to Salem now. nice people workingthere, but the product is not worth your time and money. i now know why they have no business at all anymore. the owner of thislocation needs to cut there loses and close this store, or get someone who cares about what they serve. just amazing. if therewas a minus for the star rating i would not have to give it one star. I ordered a chicken power bowl with extra dressing.after stirring it up, I realized something was missing.i looked at the menu... board and my dish and noticed that they didn't give me any tomatoes or cheese. I went to the counter and was told I had alreadyeaten most of it, but she could give me a side of tomatoes and cheese. I said that was not right, and was told to throw it awayas she was not my maid. I responded with I could tell as the floors were cluttered with garbage and tables needed attention aswell. I was told I was banned from the establishment and to leave. I said I would gladly do so as soon as I was refunded my costof the item. I left the dish on the counter . There were two other customers in the restaurant, one of which told me he haddined there a handful of times and had not gotten what he ordered any of them. So my Taco Bell days are definitely at an end. Seven dollars for this! And I got three???????? times are definitely changing,... and my budget over appetite is too! This Taco Bell has very friendly and helpful staff and good food when they have it. Unfortunately, they are usually out of about... half their items. OK that?s a bit of an exaggeration, but they are often out of important things like meat or beans. More sothan any other restaurant, I?ve been to. Read more
The crew on Thursday might amazing. Food was perfect. Friday night crew it was great but they forgot one thing in our order and... didn't cut the pizzas. I there then that dining room was clean and soda machine was clean too. Overall great job both nights andfriendly kids. Read more
First off I love Taco bell! But this location has so many issues with getting an order right or being able to make an item... correctly. I would say 50% of the time there is mistake. However this last trip today was the 3rd time in a row it was wrong.This time I got someone else's order completely. The person at the window should be looking at the receipt and verifying theorder. For nearly $15 an hour you would think a person would care about doing a good job. Guess those days are gone. Read more
Decided to go inside. Greeted on entry, few questions on menu, learned about the new chicken sandwich (taco? wrap?). Ordered and... took pictures of restaurant, stoked to have a local Taco Bell. Order came fast, everything tasted fresh, sauce in a conveniencecounter. Good experience. Read more
We ordered close to $20 worth of food last night. Extremely disappointed with the food: We received approximately a tablespoon... of meat (maybe a little more) in each taco. There was very little lettuce, and you could count the shredded cheese on one hand. In fact, my tacos were so thin that they broke at the center. The burrito supreme was the size of a regular beef burrito and Ipaid around $4 just for that. Although we have had these types of issues in the past, this experience was totallyUNACCEPATABLE.
