Our room exceeded our expectations and we're already planning our return. As we are still being covid-cautious, we were really... pleased by how well equipped the kitchen was, and we enjoyed most of meals in front of the fireplace. In October, it was reallyquiet. No hall noise at all. Great bathrobes, which would be a real treat after a day of skiing. Nice perk. Front desk staffwere friendly and really helpful. Parking was outside and across the road, but not an issue at this time of year. We prefer thatto the $50 daily valet parking usually forced on us in Toronto. Stayed just 2 nights. Oct. 8th and 9th. Room was clean & newer style. Very nice place in a nice area. Hiking areas are nearby. 2... reasons it did not get 5* rating was parking is very limited and the Tao golf resort was much less than expected. Otherwise, Iwould return. Read more

Never staying here again. They were not accommodating. They only know how to say no. We stayed for 1 night and left right away... in the morning because we would rather be home. I tried cancelling almost a week in advance due to a family emergency and theyasked what my emergency was (none of their business) and when I told them it was clearly not good enough of an emergency. Wethen called a day in advance to see if we can check in early and they said it was impossible. I asked if they can call me whenmy room is ready so I can plan my day but she mentioned that it was too much pressure to put on her coworker.. When we calledthe next day to see if the room was ready, they said ?you didn?t take the early check in? when I called the day before and askedfor early check in they said it was impossible. When we finally checked in they said that when we?re done we have to take outour own garbage. They then gave us our room key and told us we were in the basement? We had friends who stayed at the esterelresort and were able to check in early and had nicer and bigger rooms than us for $100 less Never staying here again Read more

Helpful staff, well equipped and clean rooms. Also electric car charger available which we needed to use daily.

Beautiful spot overlooks the water and the town. Hot Tub on the upper deck was awesome.

Waaaaay too overpriced for what you get. First of all not sure why they call this place a resort!!! There are no activities on... site. It's basically a condo complex with no special services. There was not even a place to go swimming in peace!!! Youwould basically have to go to the marina where many boats are anchored, and jump in the water while boats pass by, and sometimes dangerously. We asked if we could use the paddle boards and were told to pay extra! Never mind we were paying over$500/night for our condo rental. Total rip off. If you can find a place at esterel, don't even think twice. There's nocomparison. We had to take the viking because other friends were staying at a chalet nearby, and esterel had no vacancy. I'mshocked by the positive reviews of this place. Not sure how much others paid for their stay, but we definitely feel cheated. Read more

Impressive building overlooking the marina and the gorgeous scenery of lac Masson. Ask for a condo that has the balcony... overlooking the lake however, far enough from the noise coming from the very interesting Viking resto/marina. In otherwards,ask the pertinant questions before renting. Very interesting establishment within a charming, small village. Read more

Well situated in the heart of the small village. A food market and a restaurant are in a walk by distance. The condos are... beautiful renovated with plenty of space. The details are well thought and the beds are very comfy. You can walk by a lake whichis beside the condos, some units offer a view on the lake. The staff is friendly, especially at the restaurant, very pleasantpeople. Only giving 4 stars because I think that for this price the kitchen should be better equipped in terms ofcooking/tableware.
