We hosted our wedding reception at Periodic Table at Catamount Ranch in June of 2022. We opted to buy-out the entire venue for... our event and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The entire staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and fun.We sincerely appreciated Aurelia's (the General Manager) attention to detail and professionalism - she truly went above andbeyond to make sure our night was perfect for our guests, and perfect for us. We received so many wonderful comments from ourfamilies and friends regarding the food (the chef and events coordinator worked with us to select a banquet menu). From theappetizers to the dessert, everything was delicious! We were incredibly pleased with the beauty of the location, as well.Periodic Table boasts a warm and inviting interior and a gorgeous outdoor deck, complete with views of the mountains and river.Our guests loved the atmosphere and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue to hold our event. Outstanding ???? incredible cocktails, fabulous food, great service, and a beautiful setting. Each of our drinks was unique with... great flavors. The appetizers and oysters were amazing. As a business owner this is a really tough review for me to make. The food was ok, certainly not what you would expect from a... fine dining experience priced at this level. The service was a train wreck. Took 20 mins to get two drinks, we had alreadyfinish our appetizers when the drinks showed. The check was presented with an extra service charge deemed ?KitchenAppreciation.? Ok so if the food was good enough to make me to consider this extra 3% fee, I might have gladly said ok. Ingeneral I think this type of extra charge is bad business. It?s the responsibility of the owner to price their productsaccordingly. I asked the waitress to remove the fee, gave her $200 in cash, when she returned with my cash change, the fee hadnot been deducted. There was no question that she understood my request. It?s my opinion that when I checkout at a restaurant Idon?t want to feel like I am being taken advantage of like a Ticketmaster checkout experience. Incongrous mismatch between the kitchen and the dining room. Food was well-executed, although pricey. Dining room experience was... more in line with that of a typical golf clubhouse. Really generic decor; I'd almost expect to see a burger on the menu to betotally honest. Tables around us were left messy, bits of food on carpet, and classic 70s rock playing... really? High chairsleft sitting out. Food was sent out in a weird sequence... charcuterie and a salad in one round, and then a bunch of smallplates and mains all at once in another. And things were running pretty slow overall. For what you are charging I expect thewhole package of food, atmosphere, and great service. It was a bad choice grafting this on to a golf club, you are trying toserve two masters and it frankly isn't working. We left disappointed. Read more

We had a fine, pricey meal but everything was slightly off. The 20 year prosciutto was served with charred black toast and stale... crackers. Prosciutto was great, the rest not so. The duck breast was served on a very hot plate but the duck was cold and theasparagus was hard and mostly unedible stalks. You need to pay more attention to quality if you're going to serve complexEuropean dishes. Flavors were well-balanced and complimentary. You didn't carry the wine listed on the menu. Get to periodic table ASAP because the menu changes at the end of September! Prepare to be transported to Cuba with the current... menu and theme. The waitstaff's outfits, the music, the menu, and even the smell of Cuban cigar smoke accompanied the steak willmake you think of Cuba. We had an incredible dinner here. Incredible would be an understatement! This place will knock your socks off. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff is... very well versed in their craft. A delicious menu! Five of us went to dinner and ordered different items- the duck for two, the chicken a la king and the Dover... sole - it was absolutely delicious, a really cool concept of making classic dishes with a new twist!
