We are in the middle of a pandemic. Sure you got the vaccine and you feel it?s unnecessary to continue wearing a mask. Wiping... your nose every five minutes while handling orders is unacceptable tho. Extremely unsanitary. Read more
Wanted to order a couple of footloongs but we were told by the two girls working that they couldn?t wait on us until they... finished their cleanup ... they were sweeping the floor and moving tables around at 4 in the afternoon on Sunday ... never hadthis happen before... have had good experiences before with other people working. They made no effort to take our order so wedecided to go ahead and leave ... guess someone told them it was more important to clean ! This subway WAS good and a regular place for us every week. Recently two girls were hired who work on Thursdays and Fridays... which are the two days we usually order for the past two years, who never seem to get our online order correct. Inattention todetail like non toasted bread when asked to toast, wet cold chicken, ingredients missing, 6 inch when asked for a foot long.Also when we walk in and they are working on a sandwich, noticing NO GLOVES worn. Most the employees are great but themanagement needs to hawk eye these particular employees because they are ruining the experience. The most unreal experience I've had in a restaurant. I walked in at 9:45 and ordered a sandwich, drink and chips. The store sign... indicated it closed at 10:00. I sat down to eat. I was over halfway with the sub and the store employee told me I had to leavethey were closed. I asked if she expected me to leave before I finished the sandwich. She said yes! I told her I would finishthe sandwich and then leave. She replied she was calling the police. I told her to go ahead. I finished the sandwich and thenshe tried to lock me in the store. I told her she need not worry about me leaving before the sheriff's deputies arrived becauseI wanted to talk with. I waited for the police and talked with them and then waited for them to go into the store and talk withthe employees. I continued to wait and talked with the deputies after they came out. I keep trying to give this location a chance but today was the last straw. The time before last the sub maker set my 4 breads... out and walked away I watched as flies gathered on my bread. Another sub maker came out an proceed to make my subs I said excuseme flies were all over the breads. She places them to the side and also another sub maker what to do with the bread ???????????.She grabs new bread shewing flies away and makes my subs quickly. The last time before today I had issues, the machine ended upbreaking cause the cashier didn't know how to ring up my deals causing a 15 minute wait while the register rebooted. Today Ididn't wanna face any of them so I ordered online and I wish I hadn't. I ordered 4 footlongs and they were all sloppily made andmade wrong, wrong breads, breads were overbaked and dark and hard and crunchy, wrong cheeses, meat was skim and didn't evenreach to the end. I got so angered that I ended up dropping one on the floor as I pulled the paper off it praying that at leastone would be correct. It rolled off my counter smack onto the floor now one of my children are without a sub and forced to sharea sub with their sibling.
