Stopped in today on our way back to Missouri, there was a Mexican gentleman in front of us and the young lady working was... speaking Spanish with the customer, while this maybe common place there it was a rarity for me to hear. We were unable to place the order through the app 3/3 times we have tried. Placed the order online through the website and after... receiving our food-my sandwich bread was very stale and flaky. We ordered 6 chocolate chip cookies and only received 3. 2raspberry cheesecakes and 1 chocolate chip cookie due to them selling out of the chocolate chip cookies...only to find there wasa hair baked into 1 of the cookies. I would like to know when they put a limit on how many sandwiches you are allowed to buy my husband went to Subway in... steeleville today for dinner for us we have seven people in the family he placed his order after the 6th sandwich which wouldhave been his sandwich the 7th one The man working in the subway told him there was a limit of only 6 sandwiches that was therule if you wanted any more than 6 you had to place your order 24 hours in advance my husband went ahead and purchased the 6sandwiches and came home without one for himself he called lollies they had no problem cooking his dinner for him Thank youlollies after telling me what happened I couldn't even believe that he purchased these sandwiches I called Sparta Subway andasked them if there was such a rule that demand from Sparta Subway said he never heard of no rule that way and it didn't matterhow many people are in line but by the way there was no one else there it was only my husband and my granddaughter there was nolimit on how many sandwiches you could purchase I am very disappointed in the steelville Subway and I'm sure you all know we'llnever go there again it's pretty sad when I'm going to have to go to another town to get my sandwich after the way we weretreated Read more
The restaurant was clean and staff were friendly and pleasant. Their bread and vegetables were fresh and delicious. Price is... always good at subway. They also have discount price for their sandwich of the day. They have a wide variety of dressing to putonto your sandwich. Read more
I can?t say enough how thankful I am with the Steeleville, Illinois Subway. I placed an order online for my son?s birthday... party, and when I did I misunderstood the topping option. Needless to say I had toppings on all my sandwiches and soggy bread. I immediately called and Jordan came to my rescue and replaced my sandwiches. He took time from his day off to come in and helpme and went over and beyond to make things right. I am so grateful! Our party was a success and my 12 year old was pleased!
