Hour long wait for an online order. Was supposed to be ready at 8:20, but I'm writing this review while still waiting in the... parking lot at 9:20. Very poor customer service. A lot of the people who work here are also quite rude. If this wasn't one ofthe only dining establishments in town, I'd never touch the place with a ten foot pole. Read more
Subway is a fast food restaurant that offers hot,cold,heated and toasted sandwiches. They have a wide variety of sandwiches to... choose from. They also offer hot soups,most of the time there is a soup of the day. This evening I ordered 2 sandwiches and itwas me and a customer ahead of me. The employees need to learn: 1. Listening skills to build the sandwich exactly as the customer itemized - including not toasting... when it is Not requested, 2. How to operate the toaster oven to not Char/burn the submarine sandwich, 3. What customer serviceactually entails. Do NOT Verbally Assault the customer, & then be shocked that they left when you screwed up their sandwichTHREE TIMES - in a row. I always have extremely good experiences in here but just got off the phone after ordering. I spoke with Mathew while placing my... order. He sounded like he didnt want to even take my order then asked if that was it.. I just love the new garlic bread with the sandwiches you can get I chose the Italian with the garlic bread toast and it was... delicious. This Subway in Steelville Missouri does a great job of making a great sandwich. I've been to others but they don'tseem to make them as good. Very clean place also. Read more
