I tried the new Ribeye meatloaf and was very disappointed. It came with 2 round Patti's that were compressed like Ken L Ration... burgers. The gravy looked brown and rich but had a metallic taste. The onion rings were soggy with gravy. Only thing that wasgood was the mashed potatoes. Also over priced at $22.29. Thought at that price it would be awesome like their pasta dishes andpizza,s. NOT. Boston Pizza is alright. It's a chain restaurant. It's safe and predictable. If that's what you like, then come here. If you're... looking for new, exciting, best in class or a proper drink selection, best off finding something else. Read more
Didn't really enjoy the pizza but that could of been just what I selected. The main issue was that people that ordered after us... were getting there food before us and when we finally got our order it wasn't hot. Our waitress was very pleasant and the storewas clean. Read more

In from out of town. Had a bad experience 2 nights ago. Service was terrible. Wings with no napkins, no one to ask. No... refills, went to the washroom and they cleared my food. Thought maybe was an off night. Came back tonight. Been sitting 15minutes, no server. Tried asking a young guy if there was a server, he just ignored me and kept walking. Had time to writethis review, still no service. Went to Smittys last night? Should have gone back there. Finally just went to the back and allthe kids are standing in the back leaned up against the counter talking. Read more

The service was awesome. Our server Katrina was friendly. I had an email saying I would receive a free dessert for my birthday... but I didn’t think we would be going to Boston Pizza so I deleted it. When I mentioned this to Katrina, she went out of herway and looked it up through my phone number and I received my free dessert. My husband and I were very happy with her. Read more
Good food staff are great but I think I developed a food allergy recently as I feel upset stomach after eating large meals
