A great place to have breakfast. The food and coffee are excellent. However, several times they have been understaffed on... Saturday mornings meaning we wait up to half an hour before our order is taken. Adding one more staff at opening would make aworld of a difference. I have been going to Oakridge regularly for the last 3 years. The food is amazing and the staff are top-notch. They are always... friendly and will go the extra mile to make your dining experience a memorable one. Not only do they serve good food, they havea boutique with clothes, jewelry and various items. Bread products are superior. Tried the flat bread (full order) with side soup. $13.50 the soup was a chicken tortilla and was... everything you would want in a soup. Nice light spice. The flat bread was more like a cheesy garlic bread. My friends orderedthe side salad ($4) and lettuce wraps ($16). The salad was great, but I found the lettuce wraps were average. Another oneordered the chicken bacon and avocado club. ($12.50) this was also very good. Adding a side salad or soup at $4 seems like adecent deal. Portion sizes on those were generous. We received conflicting information from the person at the till and theserver on whether the items on the menu were from the green house. The person at the till said the lettuce leafs, tomatoes andrutabaga like items would be from the green house. The server believed it was in the drinks and the desserts (likestrawberries). Read more

I finally made it to this beautiful place. Very well done on the renovations. Huge variety on plants and trees, very pretty and... such a pleasure walking through the greenhouse. My friend and I enjoyed a cappuccino on their patio- very delicious. I alsocouldn't resist trying the chicken, bacon and avocado sandwich. To be honest I was a little disappointed how small it was but ifwas very good, the bread! - wow! The apple slaw was although ridiculously small. It was in one of those to go dip/saucecontainers so like a table spoon full. Today I had to get a cappuccino before work because it was so good yesterday but gotdisappointed- it tasted like warm milk. Read more
