This location on Bradt st Steinbach. Is getting a bad review from me. Customer service was rude when told the first pizza was... missing toppings and uncooked and then the second pizzas were uncooked and my child is now sick from it. I just wanted my refundbecause I will not be returning to order but I was refused my money back. I have in the past gotten sick at this location and iwas a returning customer on the fact of all new employees but sorry to say not much changed if bad service and no refund overuncooked food and a sick child after eating there food. Not impressed. They just keep giving the run around about refund when itis said I do not want to be a returning customy because of bad service they keep tell me in store credit??? So I am guessing Iam paying for food i gave back that was uncooked two different times and a sick child and no refund? Not sure how that workswhen someone tells you they can keep your money even if you do not want to return. No sorry no credit needed ???? Read more

I love Pizza Hotline, however tonight was the worst pizza I?ve ever had. No sauce and very under cooked. Very disappointed since... I drove an hour there and back. I think we had a piece each. Again, very disappointed since I?m a fan ???? Read more

Ordering delivery is incredibly difficult. Not just once but every time. The last delivery personnel arrived with no mask. We... called to inform them in case it was just an individual that didn?t want to follow procedure on route. Simple forgetfulnesspopping out of their car having not had to wear one for a two minute interaction. I get it. It happens. But if they didn?tnotice, how else we?re they to know? Well the gave us a credit and apologized and we didn?t want a credit we just wanted them tobe safer. Maybe 3 weeks later we call for delivery and now they don?t deliver to us. They were rude which was weird because Idon?t believe we were even dealing with the same individuals as last time. I understand everyone might be a bit tense fromhaving to deal with irate/unreasonable individuals recently because they should be(not everyone has been pleasant with therestrictions and mask mandates) but we were regulars, we tipped, we never complained, we?re local. We talked to differentemployees on multiple occasions, no one has been able to explain why. It just doesn?t add up. We won?t be returning. Honestly, I find one star a stretch. Not blaming the staff, but the system of ordering a cheap pizza is terribly flawed. Website... was terrible and couldn't complete an online order as I could only select the toppings on one of my pizzas from the multi-pizzadeals. Tried multiple times to place an order on the phone. Doesn't help that it goes to a call center and I talked to someonewho knows where. First time-they insisted that they couldn't deliver to my address. I'm very well aware of where I live and thatthey deliver. After some time and insisting on our part, they said they would talk to someone and call right back. Never calledback. Called a second time; this time we figured we'd just go pick it up. It's maybe 5 minutes away from my house. So weselected "for pick-up" on the phone and placed the order. They then said they would call us right back for a confirmation. Inever got a phone call... Third time: Called them saying we just placed an order x-number of minutes ago. Explained thesituation of not receiving calls back. Just wanted our pizza, can they confirm right now on the phone, they said they couldn't.Haggled on the phone until the person said he could do it. Waited on the phone and then realized that they hung up on me. Waiteda bit, then decided to just drive there and talk to the staff to see if the order was placed. Turns out it was... Terribleexperience. Would not recommend pizza hotline to anyone. At the very least until they fix and streamline the ordering system. Read more
