I have visited this Starbucks three times. Each encounter has been courteous, fast, and the product is exactly what you expect... to get from a Starbucks. Even with a full queue no car took longer than a minute to get through the driv-thru (I know because Itimed it). Overall a wonderful experience and I really wish I could give them five stars. The reason why this location getsfour out of five stars however is the design of the drive-thru. It is a very tight entrance and a dangerous exit. The designflaw with the entrance is that part of the curb makes it very difficult to enter unless you are coming from letting him andcrossing over or coming from the Staples parking lot to go straight across. If the entrance had a gentler slope which are loudfor cars to come off the main road a little easier that would be much better. When reaching the exit, the containing area forthe garbage cuts off the line of sight of any potential oncoming traffic, and with no stop sign, it is a recipe for disaster.Location 0/5 for me. Basically if you're going to Starbucks in Steinbach, put on a mask and go inside. It's better than runningthe curb, or getting hit by a car because you can't see them coming. Read more
