Negative star! The lady making my sandwich was pushy and ignorant. Ignoring my order and basically making her own sandwich. She... even through it in the toaster without asking, then when I politely asked her "what was she doing?" She responded with a grunt,and was now angrily removing the items that were to be warmed up into a new sub. Then was assembling my sandwich with attitudeand was hurrying me along. Sloppy subs. Online orders aren't even started by pick up time.
Ordered online so I could pick it up on my lunch break, and came 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready (providing 20... minutes to make 2 sandwiches). When I arrived, they didn?t have it made so I waited 5 minutes and at that point they triedcalling me to tel me their toaster was broken?which I understand, I?ve worked fast food before and this happens. However theyonly attempted to call me after my order was scheduled to be ready, while I was waiting in the store, which I didn?tappreciate. I knew they were in a rush so I didn?t want to say anything, but they did not read my special instructions, as Ihad 2 requests and they only followed the 1st. They also proceeded to use the wrong sauce as I was standing there. They also didnot provide a receipt so I had to write this review publicly. I never like posting public reviews if the place doesn?t providegood service, but I wish I was shown better here. The cashier did apologize, I assume for the delay, which I appreciated. Theproduce, bread, and cookies were fresh at least, but their online-order training needs improvement. Read more
When adding veggies to my sandwich the woman did not listen to what I was requesting, paid $20 for a sandwich meal which was... mostly bread. I do not recommend going to this subway in Steinbach Read more
Food was good and prepared fast. Poor girl was working alone and teens were loitering inside.
Just picked up sandwiches from this place from the mobile order app. The order was printed out on a ticket and they still... managed to get them completely wrong. They were total opposites of what we had ordered. Had to take the meat from the subs andswitch them. Also discovered a black hair in one of the subs. Needless to say, will not be ordering from here again. Read more
Employee acted unprofessional, seemed she was there to have fun with her friend instead of serve sandwiches! Didn?t bag... Sandwich, didn?t give me napkins or tray. Extremely poor service. Going to check out the other location next time!! Read more
