It?s takes less time to get a meal in a sit down restaurant than it does in the drive through at this location. Waited 45... minutes for 3 items and they were wrong, swimming in sauce, no napkins. Asked the manager for the contact information of theowner. I?m assuming that based on the reviews that there isn?t much action taken to improve the standards here. I?ve been goingto this location for almost 20 years and it was always fairly speedy - lately not so much. If I wanted to take an hour lunch itwouldn?t be in my car. Read more

Ordered 2 bagels toasted with cream cheese, and, before we even left the drive thru, the bagels were cold. Got home, feeling... irked but not too bothered, only to find that our bagels weren't cut in half. Ripped the bagels apart, took a couple bites,thought something was off, and opened the bagels up to find barely even a suggestion of cream cheese. I would've been a bit morelenient if the food had come out quickly, but it didn't. I know you can't expect a lot from Tim's, but this felt moredisappointing than usual. Read more

Ordered 2 coffees...when I drove up I ordered a small they were trying to give me a medium cause they messed up...reason when I... get a small is because the perfect cream/sugar mix...so I said no I would like a small....so the kid dumps the medium into asmall cup and sas here. What do you do..so I drove away ... had a sip tasted weird. So I opened the lid and coffee grinds anddirty water inside the cup..out the window it went. Read more

I?m constantly disappointed by this location. They are always out of what you want. Very poor service with no sense of urgency... to prepare your order. They also cannot seem to get the simplest order right. Don?t waste your time and hard earned moneysupporting this business. Read more

This Tim's is on my way to work and I go frequently for coffee. Decided to try a Buffalo ranch cravable today. Big mistake. It... was loaded in sauce and the entire sandwich was soaking wet and so slippery I could barely hold it. And they NEVER give unapkins, and give u a weird face if u ask for one. Most of the time I forget, really regretting not asking for one today. Sauceall over my clothes and hands. Read more
