they always get your order right and the staff is very nice. the managers are very rude i?ve heard so i feel bad for the staff... here but they do a decent job getting your order correct and the service seems faster then other tims in the area for sure. Read more

I decided to get an ice cap while walking the dog. So I came to to drive through because cuz I assume they wouldn't want a dog... inside the building. But they refused service me and told me to go inside even though I told them that I can't leave my dogalone outside and what building in Canada allows a not service dog inside. Read more

Everything about this place is awful. -They never ever have the food you're looking for. Not even their promotional donuts. -The... drive thru backs out to the street 100% of the time. This isnt due to their speed, its because its a horrible location. - theyare a little slow, this is mostly due to poor management of staff resources though. A little more on that last point. The drivethru has two lanes, but only one operator, i guess this is to alleviate the whole backing out on the road and one storeinconveniencing an entire town. Why not take advantage though, get another head set going and push some volume sales. The otherproblem, and people arnt going to like this in 2022, but its an honest critique. Steinbach is home to about 8 different commonlanguages. (More than that but im grouping east indian in all as one for the sake of the review.) English, french, german, lowgerman, Ukranian, russian, tagalog, and east indian. The one common language everyone speaks is english. It would make sense toput the person with the Canadian accent that ALLLLLL these different cultures should be able to understand the easiest. On theheadset. For the sake of the radio operator too, as much as i have a hard time hearing and understanding them, they have thesame difficulty as i do. Then come around the corner and the little canadian girl goes "have a nice day" why is that her onlyline? Get her on the headset so everyone. Can move through this process faster. Anyways, id avoid any tims in Steinbach becausethey all have the same problems, but this one is the worst culprit and consistent with the issues. Read more

worst experience ever. Went to this Tims with my mobile order. I was told the chocolate croissant is out of stock so I replaced... it with a different item. Next, after 5 mins waiting I was told there is a wait for 3 mins for eggs, no problem I waited, butafter 5 more mins, I was told that they are out of croissants which I ordered with egg & cheese on a croissant. This isridiculous and frustrating. I am not going to this Tims's location ever again. This out-of-stock in most of their menu items(especially food items) is very regular and to add to this they are very very slow with the front counter customers. 95% of thetime, I did not get my complete order without replacement items or no replacement options. If you are out of something pleaselet the customers know upfront, don't make them wait for the food, and later tell them that you are out of that item. Read more

Very slow service. Employees need more training as I often get the wrong food. Drive thru is very slow. If I do end up going... thrue the drive thru they always have to check for something either a Boston cream or hashbrown etc. Don't recommend thislocation. Read more

Been here a few times and service was always prompt and staff courteous. When I was there yesterday I witnessed a disgruntled... customer that identified as "Dallas" rant and rave to the staff about his "valuable time being wasted'. I felt that any badreviews from that guy needed to be balanced by someone who was there and witnessed nothing but professionalism while he wasbeing served and courtesy as he demanded his money back and everyone's names. Each experience is different there. Humans are friendly that I've encountered. Just wish they would deal with their counter... customers a little quicker. I get being focused on the drive through. But one person on counter dealing with a line up isn'talways wise either. Read more
