This is the quantity I got for 16$. I was shocked when I opened the box and found around 7 calamari rings that I paid 16$.
Lovely restaurant! Tastes just like a home cooked meal. Excellent fish & chips and the seafood chowder is to die for!!! Fabulous... pies too! Our waitress was SO friendly and fast. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch & highly recommend this little gem?? Read more

I had been craving fish and chips for months but wasn't sure where in / around New Glasgow to go to. This place was recommended... to me and I have to say I really enjoyed my fish and chips. Service was fast, fish was fresh, and price was fair. My friend hadthe sweet and sour fish and said it was excellent. Neither of us had room for dessert but it looked good and was very temptingto get some. I will just have to get it next time because I will be coming back to eat here again. I have never posted a review online before regarding a meal but felt the need today. I ordered clams and chips and specifically... asked the waitress if they were fresh. She said ? yes ? and followed that with ? delivered fresh then frozen ? . The meal wassimply terrible. The clams were minuscule but mostly crumbs of batter and definitely not fresh. I didn?t finish the clams butate most of the meal and then paid and indicated how disappointed I was with the meal and the clams. She said sorry and I left.In total the bill was over $50.00 and not worthy. Never again! Read more
The fish and chips here were amazing, for 15.50 I had a three piece and I was over full when I left. The place was also full of... lots of decorative sailing stuff all over aswell. I'd go back anytime I am in the area. Read more
Place needs a lift and some repair. Food was ok. My husband said that he enjoyed the hash, nothing fancy but taste good
