When I called to order I was told cash was preferred. I told him I had two twenties and he assured me the driver would have... change for it. Mind you, I paid $27 for a medium pizza which also seems absurd for only 4 toppings. When the driver got there 56minutes later, he didn?t have change which resulted in a huge tip for a cold pizza. What is the point of a tracker on the app that tells you your pizza is ready if you go there and they tell you 20 more minutes?... I don't know what has happened to this location but this is a regular occurrence. You order the pizza, wait for the tracker totell you it's ready, show up, wait outside for an insane amount of time while the employees pretend you're not there, only forsomeone to finally come out and tell you they need more time. The food is usually good but it's not worth the hassle. I'veworked retail for year's so I completely understand being busy, but most of these issues just come down to incompetence. Read more
Worst dominos I?ve ever tried to deal with. First time I ordered food mobile and came right to my house. Next 2 times they tell... me They can?t deliver to me but to the 7-11 that?s between me and them. They literally have to pass my house to go to 7-11. Sowe don?t order from them anymore. Figured we would try and pick it up this time, ordered between 1-2 to pick it up at 6. Getthere to tell me it?s still a 20 minute wait because someone ordered 100 pizzas an hour ago. Will not be returning unless theycome under some new management that actually wants to sell some pizza. Read more
Ordered a Pizza for delivery. After 90 minutes of waiting with a shifting delivery time on the web, called them. They said they... are very busy and my address is ?way out there?. I told them the house hasn?t moved and is only 3.8 miles from Dominos accordingto Google Maps. Pizza was finally delivered close to 2 hours after ordering, not very warm however still good. Tried to orderagain 2 weeks later and now they no longer deliver to my address. Wow. Thankfully many other places deliver. Great work Dominos,for permanently losing my business. Read more
I called for pickup and wasn't sure what I wanted. The person I spoke with was very familiar with the toppings on the specialty... pizzas they serve here. I ended up ordering a memphis bbq chicken specialty pizza and cinnamon twists for pickup an hour fromthe time I was calling. When I arrived at the proper time I realized they do not currently let people in the building due tocovid-19. I walked up and was greeted immediately. I was able to pay with cash or credit at the time of my purchase, and my foodwas hot and ready when they brought me back my change. Fast, friendly, and clean service. My food was fresh and portionedcorrectly. Everything was perfect from the phone call to the final bite of my food. I would very much recommend this Domino's asa place to stop by whether you're a local, commuter, or on a long trip. Read more
