A much improved product from the pizzas made in the past. The crust is of higher quality, and I enjoy the variety of choices.... However, pick up service seems like your only option. In addition, their promotions are becoming less frequent. Read more
Ordered a Large philly cheese steak pizza. I also ordered an extra garlic butter sauce and an extra pepper and got neither. The... pizza was also dry and overcooked. There are much better places to get your pie than here. Read more

My delivery driver decided not to deliver my pizza tonight. Just put it on my tenants grill, and then drove off without letting... me know it had been delivered. I had asked them to deliver it to the back door but apparently my shadowy side yard was far tooscary to walk through to deliver to the WELL LIT rear of the house. Unfortunately by the time I realized this, my pizza hadbeen sitting outside in the wind for 10 minutes and was barely still warm. I called to speak with the manager to see if wecould put a note in my account as this is the second time this has happened. I spoke with the shift manager Kyle who informed mehe couldn't force his drivers to do anything they aren't comfortable with. Give me a break! You've got a lot to learn aboutcustomer service Kyle. All you HAD to say was I'll talk to the driver and our business would have been done. I'll be getting mypizza delivered from elsewhere if my business isn't appreciated. Dont worry about it! Read more
Called ordered food, arrived they gave my food to god knows who, waited for another pizza they gave me the wrong one, contacted... the location and employee tells me ? he didn?t have proof I ordered this? so thats like calling me a lier. Returned said pizzaand requested the food I ordered now for the second time and I and informed that I have an attitude and I can?t get service. Well you weren?t providing adequate service to begin with so what am I missing out on ? I?d rather eat dirt then ever take mytime and money to an establishment that makes accusations and cannot admit fault. I will never order from the Stevens citylocation again but now just to make a point I?ll never eat any papa John?s pizza ever. To say? I don?t have proof your orderedthis ? when you took my order told me you gave it to a driver when it was for pic up and gave me the wrong pizza at the end ofit all is like saying I am lying. I absolutely LOVE this location. The manager Sam is amazing and the whole team really cares about it's customers. They also... don't slack on their pizzas/toppings. I highly recommend everyone orders from here. I also have to note that I ordered theirgluten free pizza. It's by far one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Normally gluten free crust is just "okay" but I'm extremelyimpressed with their gluten free crust. Read more
