I?m kind of blown away about how bad this place is, and it took about 5 times going here to realize it?s not just a ?bad? day,... its just not ran very well. Stuffs burnt up, dry, missing items, etc. not a one time experience, this is a constant thing. I bcwish the best for this place. Maybe the workers should get paid more and will care more. Read more
Three tacos ordered with no sour creame, received them with massive amounts of it. Man with long hair, no hair net or pulled... back made them and gave an obvious impression that it was a nuisance to serve me. He had more important chores to attend to thatservice. Read more
Don't trust these idiots to make your food correctly, because they won't. They left cheese on my wife's tacos even though she is... lactose intolerant. My crunchwrap had tomatoes though I asked for none, and I ordered a side of fiesta potatoes but they cameinside the crunchwrap instead of meat. I had no meat on any of my tacos either. TL;DR - Service and food suck. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, even if it's another Taco Bell. First of all, my family and I RARELY eat fast... food, but every once in a while, one of us will get a craving for it. We would rather let a locally owned restaurant earn ourmoney at right around the same cost. That being said, I can understand the HIGH prices (around $9-11 per combo) because ofincreased wages and inflation. BUT I did see at least two warning signs I was about to get poor service while waiting for ourfood. First, there was a long wait to order our food. No, not a waiting line. We just sat at the ordering board for severalminutes before someone came over the speaker. Second, I watched the seemingly stressed out looking individual taking orders andpayments while delivering food handle the inside of a drink lid with his fingers. I'll eat dirt if I have to survive, but Icringed a little bit at the thought of him handling money and credit cards (and whatever else) then handling food items barehanded. Oh well. I turned a blind eye to all of that, but the real kicker was when I brought the food home to my family afterpaying $32 for 1 meal (quesadilla), a couple 5 layer burritos and 3 cheesy gordita crunches. I'm not sure what the hell they didto the food in this picture, but it sure as hell wasn't a quesadilla (our 9 year old daughter took a bite before she realized ittasted disgusting). Bottom line, they have poor service, poor food quality (yes, even for a Taco Bell) and poor food handlingpractices. We won't be going back here ever again. Please support local "mom and pop" establishments instead of these bigcorporations so they'll get the importance of good service and quality control. Read more
Best Taco Bell franchise ever! They make the best tacos with the right amount of everything. The cooks are truly amazing and the... staff is pretty great too. They were regularly cleaning the tables and beverage dispensers and before you leave, they always howwas your experience. Best place to eat tacos. Read more
