If there was ZERO starts that's what I'd rate it. Usually I dont have a problem here, but 8 out of 10 times we get a fountain... drink theres no syrup in it so its disgusting. Last time we ordered we ordered online and picked up at window. Got to window andthey never got an order online (I had confirmation of order and payment) so I had to wait. I ordered exactly same thing I alwaysdo and did online. Got it home and 1 sub (meatball marinara) had hair in it and cheese wasnt melted. Manager said we wouldve hadto go back in WITH the hair for proof ... Sorry not going to dig through the garbage to find a damn hair. Another sub that wasbought for lunch the next day ended up not having pickles on it and I always get extra pickles... There wasnt 1. We will not begoing back because they were so rude about us finding a hair. If we lived next door or were eating there we wouldve shown"proof" but we got the order to go so once we got home wouldnt need to go back out etc. Worst customer service and managementive seen.
