I am so impressed with the staff who made me feel like a million bucks because of kindness and I appreciate the service and... wonderful food here! Great place for family night as well as a night out with friends! Try the Avocado dressing with theappetizer combo and a shot of tequila if you want to have a pleasant lunch with a family member you don?t care about seeing butyou feel obligated to ! After we were seated, it took 5 or 10 minutes to get service... BUT. Brooklyn (I think that's her name, I'm sorry if I misheard)... made it so much better with her stellar customer service! She was apologetic about the wait and then continued to go above andbeyond throughout our meal. Thank you so much for a great night out! Read more
Food was good but the salsa chips were greasy and to be honest uneatable. I have always had a wonderful meal and the service was... awesome. I think that the salsa chips I had was the bottom of a batch. I tried another batch but the same problem with thechips.I shouldn't have to ask for new chips. I will eat at Chili's Grill & Bar but if I get bad chips I will ask the waiter tobring me another batch until I get chips that are eatable. Thank you for letting me give you feedback. Paid a dollar extra for a side upgrade to a salad, received a small container of salad which was brown and slimey. How can you... allow this to leave your kitchen?? Read more
It was really crowded, but we got a table fairly quick. Was very clean. I told the waitress it was my brothers Birthday but it... was very busy and she must have forgotten, which i couldn't blame her she was busy, the food was delicious. We got the BaconBurger and the Crispy Chicken strips, they were both good! At the end of the meal i went to the back and told another waitressthat it was my brothers Birthday, after that the waitress we had Apologized for the wait and sang to him! Read more
Food was good. It was nice. I hadnt been to chilis in awhile got the platter with hot wings , sliders and the rolls with avocado... ranch dressing. Really great molten lava cake with ice cream. Read more
