The Dunkin? Donuts in Steubenville is the most humorous thing I?ve ever seen. Depending on what manager is working will dictate... how you may have a drink made. No joke and by drink I simply mean hot chocolate. I went through at noon today (Saturday 10/30)and got a hot chocolate made with whole milk not water. When I left doing my running, I wanted another one so I drove throughagain around 1:15 pm. I was told by the poor young girl taking the orders that the current manager ?refuses? to make them thatway. That?s ridiculous and hysterical all the same time. Suffice to say I will not be back. I?ll go to the one a few miles downthe road in Wintersville? The picture is of the first drink that I was able to purchase - so whatever manager was there fororder #8838, kudos because you actually understand what customer service is and how not to be lazy. dunkin these BALLS in your mouth

It can get busy especially during breakfast. It is closed both on Saturdays and Sundays.

Usually quite good but, last time I went they gave me the wrong donuts. Made me sad
