Poor customer service, very unfriendly, need to work on getting their quarter pounders done in the middle. Don't like pink... hamburger meat. Fries are excellent, and always have problems with their Frappa machine!!! Read more

It?s hit or miss here really. And 50% of the time, the employees here look upset or something, which is understandable... considering the manager would yell at them and everyone in the lobby can hear it. Not sure if they?ve gotten a new one thoughbecause so far it?s been decent.. even before the yelling manager was there, quality wise the food was good. Got 2 strawberrypies and a caramel frappe around 7pm on 9/2/22 and honestly I was surprised the McCafe machine was up and running.. and the icecream machine as well since my pal got an m&m mcflurry. This place is usually good but today the restrooms were horrid, both my girlfriend and myself had to find this out the hard way.... I was just sad when I encountered this and when telling the girl at the cash register, we were met with rude snarky replies. Ilike this location but today was really a hit. Read more
Well unbelievable. My wife lost our last 40$. Had 7 $ and had already been back tracing steps to no avail. Have 4 yr old... expecting mcds. So went back with the intentions of getting girl a a happy meal and letting her play in play area. So we went oninto play area. Waited. And when wife came to table... she was holding 47$ omg. We ordered 2 #4a's. One with a Dr pepper, one with a coke. The person put it in as 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks instead of 2 meals... though, so we didn't get any fries, which is actually why we chose McDonald's. I tried to call the store less than 3 minuteslater, 10 times, and they refused to answer the phone to try to make this right. Poor review it is. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would... What is the point of having the drive through open if no one answers it? 2 cars... (employees) in the parking lot, one of them was running with the lights on, but no one answered me and I sat there for more than5 minutes- I was the only customer. As I drive away, another car pulls in. I guess they didn't get a response at the drivethrough either, because they are behind me in the Jack in the Box drive through lane now. This McDonalds has been horrible everytime we try to give them a chance, customer service sucks and food is always missing from the bag. Hopefully will improve whenchick-fil-a goes in across the way or they will see even more business disappear. Read more
How come most of the time that I have McDonald's I always have a bad experience. I remember one time, My step-dad literally... fought an employee about fries, then they threatened to call the police on us over a mishap about fries. FRIES. Used to likethis place until that happened. Read more
