Completely surprised as we didn't expect our experience to be quite THIS good!! We have particular taste for Thai food as we... are a big fan of the style of cooking. The Pad Thai was some of the best we've ever had. We also ordered Sesame Chicken andit was equally delightful. Both came with sides. We had soup (similar to Miso) and Seaweed salad. Placed my order online for a specific time (one hour out) got a text letting me know my order was ready 12 minutes later which... would have been great, had I not set a specific time for pick up. I immediately called them and let them know I ordered my foodfor a specific time for a reason and I would not expect to be leaving there with food thats been on the counter for nearly anhour by the time I got there. They refused to either refund me or remake my order. Went by at my scheduled time to get a refundreceipt and they were still being difficult. Really lacking in the customer service department, you'd think with literally noone else there they could take the time to make a life long customer, but no! First time going there. Was not disappointed. Had the Drunken Noodles with Chicken, spice level 3. Great flavor. Charged twice, once to restaurant and once to DoorDash. I tried explaining to owner or worker. He offered no help and I received... one order instead of both. He would not even include tea after I waited an hour and a half. The food was odd with an awfulaftertaste. Now I have to accept 2 charges for one awful order and no hope of being reimbursed for the other. The lady from DoorDadh tried to explain it as well to him.
